Head to the sign-in page on the Goodlii mobile app and click on the Forgot Password link. Enter the mobile number you registered your account with and we'll send you an OTP right away to reset your password in a simple process.

One can create an account as a client in the Goodlii app by downloading it from the iOS or Android application stores. You can login via your mobile number where you will get an OTP to validate your identity.

Goodlii provides a simple 3-step online appointment booking process. Use the search bar to find a business venue or service you’d like to book with. Use the dropdown menus to sort results by location, price, rating and who they cater to. Click on the venue to view their profile and see what services, memberships or vouchers they have available. Choose the service/membership you’d like to buy and click the book now button. Allow the AI engine to automatically assign a stylist and time at the shop or book your preferred time manually. Once the booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation on your registered mobile number and email address. You can either prepay for the service via the RBI registered payment gateway on the Goodlii app or pay at the shop. You can also modify your appointment by going to the My Bookings section.

Click on the My Bookings section to view your past or upcoming appointments. Select the appointment you’re looking to reschedule or modify. Click the Reschedule button and select the time and date you’d like to reschedule the appointment to and click Confirm. Depending on the salon's late cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee accordingly. Once confirmed, the appointment will be automatically updated under the My Appointments section and you’ll receive a notification confirming the changes to your booking.
